1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "We," "us," or "our" refers to Sahana Catamaran.
  • "You" or "your" refers to the client or user of our website and services.
  • "Services" refers to the chartering of catamarans and related offerings provided by Sahana Catamaran.

2. Booking and Payment

By booking with us, you agree to the following:

  • Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed charter agreement and the initial payment.
  • Payment Terms:
    • 50% payment is required at the time of booking.
    • The remaining 50% must be paid at least 30 days before the charter start date.
    • All payments must be made in Euros (€).

3. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of the vessel, basic equipment, and necessary safety gear. Additional costs may vary

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

  • Cancellation more than 60 days before departure: Full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellation 30–59 days before departure: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before departure: No refund.

If we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative charter date.

5. Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal and payment information during booking.
  • Ensuring you or a member of your party holds the required sailing license for bareboat charters, if applicable.
  • Following all safety and maritime regulations during the charter.

We are responsible for providing a fully equipped and seaworthy vessel as per the agreed charter terms.

6. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Personal injuries, loss, or damage to your belongings during the charter.
  • Delays or interruptions caused by weather conditions, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Our liability for any breach of contract is limited to the amount paid by you for the charter.

7. Use of the Vessel

You agree to use the vessel responsibly and ensure:

  • The vessel is returned in the same condition as at the start of the charter.
  • The vessel is not used for illegal activities or by unauthorized individuals.
  • Any damages caused during the charter are reported immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Sahana Catamaran. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
